A British architect has designed the world’s tallest road bridge in southern France. This picture shows what an incredible sight it is. Designing a road bridge that is higher than the Eiffel Tower was a tall order, even for famous British architect Norman Foster. But after years of planning, he created an amazing design that has been built by the French construction company famous for building Paris’s landmark tower.
Costing £270 million, the revolutionary new bridge spans the Tarn Valley at Millau, in the Massif Central mountains of southern France.
